How do I make a healthy breakfast?

To make a healthy breakfast, start by choosing whole grain bread or oatmeal instead of processed options. Then, add in some protein with eggs or yogurt. Finally, top off your breakfast with some fruit or nuts for added fiber and nutrients. Ingredients:

2 scoops of oatmeal

2 bananas

1 tablespoon of peanut butter

1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil

1 cup of milk

1 cup of fresh blueberries

1 tablespoon of honey

1 tablespoon of cinnamon

1 tablespoon of brown sugar

 

Cooking instructions:

Warm-up water and milk.

Cook oatmeal. Add bananas and blueberries.

Add peanut butter

Add flaxseed oil

Add brown sugar and cinnamon 

Add honey
