FRUITS AND IT'S BENEFIT'S
The fruits of the ground (crops) are seeds of a plant that have usually matured, ripened, and fallen, and for which no further growth has taken place. This contrasts with the fruit of the vine (wine), which develops on the stem of the grape rather than on the seed of the vine.
The fruits of the ground are classified into three groups:
1. Fruits of grasses: cereals, such as wheat, rice, maize, barley, soybeans, etc., leguminous crops, such as peas, beans, lentils, peanuts, etc., and tropical fruit trees.
2. Fruits of legumes: peanuts, soybeans, peas, lentils, etc., and tropical fruit trees.
3. Other fruits: fruits of trees and shrubs.
Fruits from grasses and legumes are true fruits and are eaten by humans.
Other fruits are technically seeds (although in some contexts they are regarded as fruits), but are generally eaten as fruit pulp.
Fruits are eaten either raw or cooked.
There are two main classes of fruits: pome fruits (apples, pears, peaches, etc.
